Welcome to Church of Amazing Grace International
A spiritual home away from home
For many in the Kenyan diaspora, moving to the United States means leaving behind the warmth of a home church. Church of Amazing Grace International (CAGI) exists to be that home away from home — a Reformed African Christian congregation where faith, family, and culture meet in Southern California.
Whether you grew up singing hymns in Gĩkũyũ, worshipping in Swahili, or you are simply searching for a welcoming community rooted in the gospel, there is a place for you here.
Who we are
Founded in 2009, CAGI is a member of the Riverside Presbytery (PCUSA) and serves the Kenyan and broader African immigrant community across San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange County, and Greater Los Angeles. We are Reformed in conviction and African in expression — confident in Scripture, joyful in worship, and committed to one another.
What to expect on a Sunday
- Choir practice: 10:00 AM
- Worship service: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Midweek Bible study: Wednesdays, 8:00 PM
- Prayer meeting: Thursdays, 8:00 PM
Expect heartfelt worship, faithful preaching of God's Word, and a community that will know your name. Come as you are — families, students, professionals, and visitors are all welcome.

We currently gather at First Presbyterian Church of San Bernardino, 1900 North D Street, San Bernardino, CA 92405. Parking is available on site.
