Who we are
Church of Amazing Grace International is a New Worshiping Community under the Presbytery of Riverside, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). This policy explains what information this website collects, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it. We wrote it in plain language because that is how we would want to be told.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we ask for your full name, your email address, the reason you are reaching out (prayer, wanting to be known here, a pastoral visit, collaboration, or a recorded sermon) and an optional message. We use this only to respond to you.
Prayer requests and pastoral visit requests. These are treated as confidential pastoral communication, not as marketing data. They are read by the Senior Pastor. If a visit or follow-up needs another leader, for example an elder in your district, the pastor will share only what is needed and only with that person.
Bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser to do this. It is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics. We use Ahrefs Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Reaction counters. Some pages let you like or share. We store a count only. We do not record who clicked.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Giving
Online gifts are processed by Tithe.ly on their own secure forms. Your card or bank details go to Tithe.ly, not to this website, and are governed by Tithe.ly's privacy policy. Gifts by CashApp are governed by CashApp's terms. Gifts by mail are handled by the Finance Officer and recorded for the church's financial records only.
Third-party content
Sermon videos are embedded from YouTube, and some pages link to Facebook and Instagram. When you play a video or follow a link, those companies may set cookies or collect information under their own policies. We do not control that.
Who can see your information
Contact form submissions are emailed to the Senior Pastor and stored in a private database that only the church's website administrator can access. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share it with anyone outside the church except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form entries are deleted from the website database 90 days after you submit them. The pastor may keep the email copy as part of confidential pastoral records for as long as pastoral care of you continues. Analytics data is held in aggregate and does not identify you.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
Photographs and video
Worship services are livestreamed and photographed, and images from our life together appear on this site and our social media. If you attend and do not wish to appear, tell an usher or the media team before the service, or email us and we will remove an image where we reasonably can. Children's faces are not published without a parent's permission.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email kasisi@churchofamazinggraceinternational.org or write to the address above. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored submissions is restricted and protected by row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if we learn of a breach affecting your information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date.
